Time for a little update

I managed to get myself a vag com cable and soft ware cheap. So i set about seeing what features i could enable. I managed to do

Wind windows down with remote key fob
wind windows up with remote key fob
alarm beep when car is locked
Anti hijack, doors lock at 10mph and unlock when car is turned off
Coming home lights

I also fitted leds into my footwell and pubble light holders, will get photos soon.

Is the audi an SE by any chance? as the SE is usally full spec! The cabriolets never came with the windows up and down with the remote as it has a feature where you put the key in the door and turn left twice and it folds the roof down and then right twice to bring it back up, so setting auto windows down on the cab just made them come half way down and it thinks the roof is folding down  so i had to recode the onboard computer into thinking my car was an Avant which obviously disabled the roof folding down the the key in the drivers lock but enabled the windows to open all the way remotely 8-) Roof still works as it should from the swich in the car so im happy as i cant see why you would want to fold your roof down by putting the key into the door and holding it to the left when you can just sit in the car and press the swich! atleast the windows i can open and close while sitting in my flat 10 mins before going out on a hot day  :D

Cheers Adam and Dave :chill:

Not sure what spec it is, its a 225 TT. I think its got all sorts of interior lights and stuff on it though.

Shame my mums drive it like a girl 80% of the time though. I love getting that turbo spooling up when I drive it :) She even has a boost gauge. I love watching that needle :D lol

Helloooo, just a little update, I've seen many Audi's on the road recently which have been debadged and really like the look so I thought I would give it a go. Armed with a boiling hot kettle I tipped it over the badges and within 10 secs I was able to pull the badge off without leaving any sticky mess! was well impressed as I've always used a hairdryer which never works well imho. New windscreen was fitted yesterday as mine so hit by a massive stone on the motorway which cracked it, soooo nice having a fresh screen

Heres a couple of photos

Makes the rear end look so much cleaner, really happy with it :D

Plans for the future have now been though up.

Facelift LED rear lights from a 2007+ Cab(look more modern and cleaner)
New exhaust system
S-Line rear bumper trim to go with the new exhausts
Possible drop it another 20mm
RS6 18' 5 Spoke Wheels???? or RS4 multispoke 18' wheels????
Remap
Retrofit Cruise Control
Retrolfit Autodimming mirror with rain and light sensor (missed out on one on ebay that went for £15!!!!!)
New passenger headlight as the one on the car is quite dull and the drivers is brand new

off to the back now so will try and get some good pics 8-)

Looks great.

Love the windows up and down feature, I think I can program it on the focus but unsure.
