as some of you may have seen sunday i have purchased Daves Fiesta RS turbo :halo:

im sure youve all seen his build thread on it and in the flesh it doesnt dissapoint :chill: his hard work is outstanding and the car feels so modern when you drive it so top marks to Dave

here are some of his pics

not driven her hard yet as the engine is still getting run in but the car is so torquey its ridiculous :crazi: plus chatter is a sound i will never get tired of hearing :D even scared a man so much sunday night he jumped into a bush

i dont need to do anything bodywork wise so the only things that may get done in the future will be a bit of engine bay detailing and possibly some alloys but i need to have a long hard think about what alloys go with :hmm:

other then that its just taking care of the car :D

anyway here are a couple of pics from after i picked her up :chill:

and how she sits now waiting for a new garage to go into 8-)

also a quick video Dave's dad took of me when they passed me on the motorway :chill:

no idea what all the dots are either

Sure I recognise this car from somewhere :? :hmm: :hsugh:

Thanks for the kind words buddy

Good to see her in her new home, and helping to save a much newer car on the motorway too :teehheee:

In terms of wheels, I would go for cossie 3 door rims diamond cut or escos wheels if you fancy cutting the arches

Always comps too mate

 it did look odd seeing an rs on the side off the road with the bonnet down :gheeyyy:

i love the 3 door wheels but they are pretty dear, comps have been in my mind for a while but i want to be different to the norm but have it look like the alloys were on it from the factory :hmm: diamond cut escort S1 alloys?

im not cutting anything on this car any time soon

Sam used to have those alloys Dave but he sent them to the scrappy with his old si  i was going to grab them off him too

thanks ben, Dave's RS is sexy as hell on those comps but i want mine to be noticed for being that little bit different, not for being a twin  plus they will look near on identical just different alloys

I still appreciate a mint condition classic, I would never buy one :lolz:

I hope you look after it with the same OCD... I mean love and attention as Dave did.

Ben you can see it at sixfields and I'll try and convince you S1 alloys are they way forward. Or I may just refurb the standard alloys :D

I got upset when I drove it in drizzle so I'm pretty sure I'll be cleaning it underneath every weekend

Don't worry Dave I tickled him till he wee'd a bit. I think he's learnt his lesson
