I'm telling you now, I wouldn't even rise to it with a snobby post these days (I'm about to contradict myself here), but 3-ish years ago, when I was off my Ford's and bumming my first french machine (306 gti-6 don't you know) I would of stuck my nose up high and looked down upon all of thee in DISGUST! :wack:

Thankfully I'm not as much as a prick as I was then (up for discussion!) but thought it was worth a post up for comment if anyone gives a damn.

I'm confused. There Saying a GTi-6 is the shed of the week? As in bad? But praising it throughout the post? I'm no good with pistonheads :lol: but fiesta si's aren't god awful :( the French bummer!

tbf at its time the fez si wernt a bad powered car but its a ford and tradition is there usually slower from the factory than most
but not any more with the new rs :D

The point of the fiesta si was to be insurable but still keeping sporty after the xr2i and rs turbo pushed insurance right up. I think it did it perfect, cheapest pleasing 1.6 to insure.

SOTW is basically the best cars you can get for under £1k.
