Ive been going through some photos ive got my photobucket so thought id share a few of my past ford and cars ive had the pleasure of fixing and modifying for friends :)

havent got a pic of my very first fiesta :( it was pink :P and i had it resprayed black before it came onto the road...its prob best i dont have a pic of it...was abit...GAY AND CHILDISH...it had lexus lights

next fez was a 1.3 & the one after that was 1.3 only pic i have of it:

Image
my errm sound system is the 1.3
Image
My brother had this at the time was a mint 1.3 until he had a blow out
Image

but i found pics of my first si when i bought it :) (i grew up abit by this car.lol)

Image

then once i done some work to her and at an old fsi meet. my si with becks (the twins as we called them)
Image
Image
Image
then i played with it over time and she finished as such with lots & lots done:

Image
Image
Image

Then i had a 1.6 escort which i bought for £300 then made into a gti replica and sold for £770
Image
Image

then my brother gave me one of his calibras for my birthday...was quick but crap to drive!

so i swapped it for this shit head escort :D cuz it was a ford

Image
Image
which i cleaned up the body and made a gti replica and lowered it and dumped a 2ltr in her
Image
Image
Image

Dont know if anyone recognises this...it was the buyers guide escort gti for fast ford a while back :)
was my best mates escort which i maintained for him in the end we modified and put a 2ltr in it

Image
Image

then i broke my red escort for parts and transfered most of them to this :)

Image
which ended up as such :)
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
Image
(my interior now in dani's si)
Image

and how she finished
Image
Bought this to break for parts as well

Image

and broke mirrormans old fiesta as well as my mate bought it from someone who didnt look after it as it was rotten to hell and back

Image
Image
Image

my mates mint rs2000 engined escort
Image

my drive :) ryan & dani will remember these weekends, was like this every weekend

Image
Image

XR2 broken for spares
Image

My si & my mates 1.8 16v xr2i bought same day.

Image
Image
Image

Then sleepered
Image
Image

and then obviously modified si and then crashed and now the mk2 :)

sorry im bord and just felt like sharing this :P

no, you'll learn mate that ford cars are merely crap in comparison with japenese and french alternatives. They are the only cars that rust, and only cars that break down, and none handle well  :hsugh:  :halo:

DISAGREE ENTIRELY :red:

My dads 300zx is F reg and has a huge rust hole in the back which needed welding!

one of my good friends drives a 106 gti and its got more rust than my mk2 its just hidden on them cars! for example under the plastic rear arches behind gearbox on the underside of the gearbox mount! I know a few saxos welded for MOT of chassis rails.

besides rust is just lightweight :P :look:

Yea power wise for an engine ford could have done a bit more work and french cars are known to handle better but doesnt mean with few refinements such as strut braces, springs etc!

Reliability don't agree - going back to mates gti he goes through gearboxes like no tomorrow and hes running 140bhp, gear linkage design is shit as well as even french drivers will tell you. Pugs are known for crap gear boxes saxo the same in that aspect. Fords are branded with there reliability but to be honest only a few minor problems with my sis kept it of the road 90% of the time it was of the road it was due to me modifying and causing problems to take it of the road otherwise it wouldn't & didnt miss a beat, My escort was the same!

Japs are well known for there power and i dont think i can dispute that so wont even bother.lol

but i don't think for a second fords are inferior at all and i really do think they hold there own anyway! RS turbos granted are 100% reliable but zetecs bloody well are! RS & cosworth are renown and everyone has heard of them!

Yea im a little bias but i wouldn't still be a ford driver if they were that bad :red: :red: :red:

Besides your a ford driver

mate i was being completely sarcastic  just at times the jist of an argument ends up with someone saying that, i;ve argued the toss many a time :) hence my smileys at the end of that statement

my most reliable car was a 1987 ford. go figure

i agree with you completely, apart from the rs turbo comment, depends on how its looked after, RS Baz has only had a snapped manifold bolt and a clutch ratchet to fix  but generally, a car will treat you how you treat it, regardless of make

fords are definately not inferior :)

wasn;t expecting that response

i've owned 11! i love fords, going to ford shows this year. I appreciate jap/french/german cars as they produce some awesome cars :) but my heart/head is with fords :) ask terry or someone, or better kirsty

   :( dont i feel the fool!

They do turn out like that usually...so really i was just putting up a defence before anyone did make that comment   bit to late to recover i think

What i mean is RS turbos are know for being unreliable...because well they are known to break down a lot suppose cuz people didn't look after! my friend bought the grey RS on my drive and it needed full engine rebuild and new turbo...the s1 didnt and never had problem...suppose it is down to how its look after!

"wasn;t expecting that response  "

:( :( :( :( sorry :halo:

dont get me wrong tho i do appreciate other models etc...like the gti engine producing as much power as my 2ltr and its a 1.6 :? but i think they are by no means better! errrm just diffrent strong points :)
