Today I drove my car to work, and from work.

The problem being, from work...I noticed some loud scraping and sparks when I boot it.

Exhaust has come loose making the rear section hang down when I floor it :lolz:

Oh well.. I'll sort that out tomorrow night.

Saying that, I never clamped the exhaust properly in the middle anyway, so its been blowing for a few weeks, suprised it hasnt dropped off sooner

Today at work I looked at the Pickup and thought hmmm, as its going to be resprayed etc... why don't I just get a sierra, use the tunnel and running gear and get it V6 RWD.

Just to make it that little bit more different, although most likely deadly.

thats the idea paul, go do it before you change your mind. pleeeeeeeeeeease do that.

went to my garage and headbutted my car (a brick on the floor tripped me). then kicked it for being in the way. took some cds out, and laughed at myself when i actually said 'see you later!' to it, realising it was a car, so why was i waiting for a reply

There's a scrappy down here with 2 cossie v6's one of them is turbo'd

I would def get some more weight over your back wheels or you know you will prob be sideways on every corner :lolz: unless your making a super drift machine :chill: :D

Nice :chill:

Think if I ever went ahead with anything like this, I wouldnt do it to the pickup as it would probably be too un-driveable RWD :lolz:

Would be a good idea to shuffle the weight over the back wheels but it defeats the object of a pick up fiesta then dun it.lol

Today I drove it.

Last night I broke it.

While fixing my exhaust, I reversed off the ramps and ripped my XR front bumper clean off its mountings, so now I need a new bumper!

Also the exhaust is not fixed.. when flooring it, it will scrape on the floor. when driving steady it doesnt. ODD.

I hate Fords once again

wasn't a good day for you then bud

Try the bush holding the centre box area up & twist the exhaust up by the cat :D

im guessing this is where its catching floor, when ya boot it, it stretches forward meaning that if your exhaust is already dropped a bit anyway it will drop that bit lower :D

Mine did exactly the same thing  ford should have made another bracket at the middle i reckon
