Hi,

I have a 1.4Si 3dr. It is in Java blue.

Very solid and good mileage for age, she has been unloved though for a while so I have a big job ahead making her look pretty. Got one mudflap on the front that I daren't remove incase the wing falls off in my hand. Argh!

I will add my picture as soon as I can work out how to do it, hee hee.

Thanks,
Little Sister

i have a 1.4si altho its a 2.0 now, we got it in 05 as a standard 1.4si in malard green, drove it around for a few months then sold it to a local lad he has proper chaved it up bodged a 2.0 into it, basicly ruined a great little car, we got it back and are having to strip it as its too far gone to save unfortunatly.
another 1.4 going to the scrappers :frown:

Here you go.....from another forum I use

Murray wrote:
here you go!!!!! theres prolly some more steps a could have added buts its a quick few mins job so it'll do

Ok lets start

Go to google and type in photobucket

Make an account if you don’t have one

Aright lets upload and resizeeeeee!!!!!!!!!

Click on upload photos and video, top left there:

Image

Then choose the size you want the photos resized to:

Image

800 x 600 is large enough for posting pictures in a thread

For a signature max size is 600 wide by 100 height and avatars are 170 by 170 IIRC

If you want an exact size that photobucket hasn’t got then you can use things like adobe photoshop to resize or ms paint etc but that’s for another guide story thing

Then click on the ‘choose files’ big blue button and it’ll bring up a pop up window like this:

Image

Image

Then select the pictures you want to upload (you can select more than one by holding ctrl on the keyboard and left clicking once on each picture)

Then it’ll start to load the picture(s) up like this:

Image

Then once its done you can add names and descriptions if you wish

Image

Then go to save and continue at the bottom

It’ll go back to the album page, but this time your new picture will be there, then just select the direct link box (for avatars) or the img code for signatures or thread pictures and it’ll automatically copy the url etc for you:

Image

Then head to the forum and either if you want a picture in a thread like that turbonator cake cutter then you want this (the IMG Code):

Image

It’ll make a picture show up like this in a thread:

Image

JOB DONE!

it was an olmost mint malard green when we sold it but 1 wing had been replaced and i hadent got round to putting the laquer on, so insted of putting the laquer on the guy, sprayed it BADLY in a dark blue, well most of it, the top half is still malard green, the boot was flushed by the guy badly it isnt dented its just realy badly done.
the floor was suposedly waxoiled ever year    in 2 places with no effort at all i put a srew driver thru the floor
the 2.0 is i think the 3rd 1 he has put in as they wouldnt run right (he was using a 1.8 ecu)
the engine is connected up to the 1.4 gearbox and it still has 1.4 brakes and suspension  seriously i havent found a single nut or bolt much more than finger tight
i realy wouldnt want to try and save it, its way too far gone.
