I'm wondering if I actually prefer the Red R's to the white one's now. However I don't think I'd turn my nose up at either, however black doesn't really appeal to me that much.

What do you guys think? Sorry about the Red DC2 picture size. I'll edit when I'm home later.

I wish I could afford a yellow JDM but they are imports/pricey/rare.

Black but only because I see quite a few white ones round here, and seen a couple of red ones that didn't seem to shine very much.

You ain't thinking of one are you Ry? Think you'll be disappointed as wont be much different to the GTi 6 other than its vtec scream. Parts are a great deal more as to the 306, and won't be that much quicker if any.

It's not about how fast it goes, it's about how it makes you feel ;) . The only person I like to compete with is myself. It's great to have a bit of banter of my car is faster than yours, but it doesn't make me sleep better at night knowing I'm faster than someone else lol.

It's a proper track bred road car, with vtec blood and honda genes, and majorly the fact that regardless that it won't be much quicker, it still will be, with 200cc less than what I have now. Don't get me started on how much nicer the interior and exterior of the car is in my opinion! :)

Still there are downsides. Parts cost, upped insurance, unwanted attention.

We'll see what happens on the insurance where my gti and the teg are placed when 50 groups is fully inserted. Apparently Summer 2008 see's the complete end of 20 insurance groups?

I'd go for the black one! :D

The red ones are nice, but it's still red...just not a fan of red cars.

The white ones are gorgeous aswell, but I know what you're like and it wouldn't be white for long as you'd leave it months without washing it

And that leaves yellow or black. Yellow is quite nice actually, but I think you may get a bit annoyed with it as you'd stick out alot more.

So, black gets my vote! :D

Yeah I see why it appeals to you now, mora as a whole rather than just the performance aspect. Can't say I've ever been a fan, no idea why they are apparantly very good cars. Just always thought they should be rwd.

First I've heard about the 50 ins groups, knew they were planning to restructure just not so soon. Can't see why there'd be much in it insurance wise compared to the '6' other than the cost of parts.

funny you should mention that, as the chassis has more in common with a RWD than FWD apparently.

Well that's the thing with the 6, as the power stats were not the true stats due to peugeot doing their thang with the testing and adding people/shizzle to the cars weight to lower power figures. It's truely a great car for only a 15 insurance group.

I'd say it costs more on insurance due to cost of parts, value, rarity, and looks. Oh and the security isn't the best with them apparently. :hsugh:
