For sale because im getting new car and haven't got space for it

XR2i 1.8 16v
12 months tax MOT til June 10th 2010
Low mileage just over 81000 miles with service history upto 2003
Engine is very quite runs very smoothly and is pretty quick and has always started on turn of key, no oil leaks but does have water leak from thermostat housing only small one
The car has a rust free sunroof and rear suspension turrets are rust free
Since owning car back in Setpember 2009 cars has had following new parts
Both front wishbones
New front shocks and springs (Jamex 40mm drop)
New droplinks
New front anti roll bar bushes
New thermostat
New wheel bearing n/s/f
Just fitted new brake discs

Mods done to car

106 rallye steels 2 good 2 need replacing car will come with some spare steel wheels
XR3i 130bhp ECU (2FBC)
RS1800 throttle body
2.0 MAF sensor housing
Cat has been removed
Peco backbox
Car has been lowered 40mm on front not sure on back but is quite low

Also have some parts included with car but not yet fitted
Ashley 4-2-1 manifold
2.0 camshafts including new timing belt kit and rocker cover gasket
Adjustable ball joints

Bad points
drivers door has ripple in just under door mirror
Petrol cap been done but done poorly and is wrong colour
sills will need welding for next mot
Needs centrol locking motor on passenger side

Car is located in Bingham, Nottinghamshire
Need car gone asap

what condition is the floor pan in mate ?

majority of floor is pretty good, just were the floor meets the door sills needs welding i could get a pic if required
