And the end of the reg plate (VW) is the same as mine, so it will have come from the same dealership (Chelmsford) when it was new :D

Not to sure, sorting the rust out, then I'll see, can't do a conversion as I'm 20 the insurance for a 1.6 is enough as it is lol

You would be surprised, when I insured mine they could only take the group of the car the engine came from, and 2.0 mondeo isn't a very high group. In my case the cost difference was next to nothing.

Yeah thr fiesta is seen as a sports model and the mondeo is seen as a taxi/dad car.
