Nice car, perfect all rounder, I bet its quick now after the map, just driving the 125bhp ford transit/tourneos at workfelt quick off the mark (similar engine I think).

Remap FTW.

This is exactly what I want, but maybe in Estate form instead.

The map will give you some gains whilst staying within their personal tolerances, whether these are safe or not who knows.

If it gives you better mpg, a little more power and it's safe then why not. Obviously spending more money on getting proper ignition timing and fuelings from a controlled and repeatable environment (rolling road) and on the road would be best for maximum gains and precise throttle control but tbh it's not a race car so hey.

I like it, I think you get so much bang per buck with these bigger Fords - the Focus and the Mondeo's are really good VFM. Everything black = gansta.

Exactly, I gave somebody £150 and my car gained 10bhp can't complain, yes a full setup would be better but I would only bother if cammed etc.

Can't be bothered taking 26 pictures.... and the mapping was done years ago.

Anyway, we are taking about the art of mapping as OP has had his mapped.

Back to it, you bringing this to the track?
