Welcome to the forum.

Nice odd wheel trims lol.

Rust looks quite bad, it might be worth taking up all the rubber seals around the door to see if its creaped in around there too and make sure there are no holes. Will be worth getting on top of it all too :)

Plans sound good. Escort gti wheels would be better than mondeo ones imo. Mondeos are too big.

Black bonnet/roof/spoiler - chavtastic. Wouldn't really bother with that.

Other than that, sounds like you've got your hands full.

Thanks

Puma engine
Puma gearbox
Puma digital/Analog ECU with glass key chip
Puma digital?Analog engine loom
Puma airbox
Puma induction hose
Puma mass air-flow sensor
Puma left-hand engine mount
Puma throttle cable
Puma brake vacuum hose

Cost me less than £350 for all of that with the internal loom and clocks for a 47k engine

Ah deadly, analog/digital.... you obviously have to match to what you already have?

Hoping to do a puma conversion on my 1.25 mk5 near the end of the year, its obviously the same as a 1.6 to 1.7 then?

I think id be lucky to find that gear for the price you paid! :D

Nice one :D

Well not much to update, Im getting the car all running and driveable by friday if my new bushes come before then but heres a list of new parts ive either got or coming in the post....

New track rod ends
New drop links
New wishbone ball joints
New Front Wishbone polybushs
New Front Spax shocks
New Hel braided Brake lines

So once there fitted the only part of the suspension i can uprate is the rear shocks then and brake wise would only be uprated pads and discs pointless doing the rears on a fiesta, So all my money will be put into POWER!!! :)
