Always pay more for your MOT. Preferably somewhere that does only MOTs. I've got a place called Alan's test centre in Derby, going to use them from now on because I tried the 20 to 40 quid ones and they seem to find faults that aren't there.

nah dan mentioned fuck the free retest mind set as ill just hurry it and do something wrong...

whats £40-£50 when my car is sound underneath?!

ill consider coming to you mate, despite my best efforts i still have en exhaust leak and i literally JUST barely passed the emissions test due to it he said, like a 100th of a single carbon lmao

so maybe if i can come to you i can refit my 4 branch early and you know what it :)

besides can help you put some bits on/off the 1.4 too :D

the plan is coming together nicely mwhaha!

well got myself a trade sized can of Red Oxide, lovely, ordered my tools

Air tool 10mm wide Belt Sander: for taking rust away
Air tool 3" disc cutter and 6 discs: for cutting rust away
Polybush rear beam mount set: for when it goes back together

and i found hundreds of tins of hammerite grade paint in family value for cheap so going to stock up to paint the under side of the car, once its been red oxided

arches will be coming off, going to town, metal arches were a bit crusty before i put the kit on so will be getting some treatment too

gotta get this capri done first!!

ugh! tell me about it man, hate it

might buy a bolt and gasket joint, so they mate face to face and seal proper!, these slip on sleeve joint are so shit

considered taking it to prospeed exhausts in cardiff to get a alteration done! :D

still might if i get a spare £50 odd quid, the sealed exhaust will help recapture some ponies
