haha mate im practicly buying another car so i can be just.. like you :D

ha no thats camp, but i do set myself a target to be as close and attentive to detail as you, i love cars as much as you but fail to back it up in the garage, mainly due to lack of effort and the fact i need to drive my car most days

Haha, cheers mate :)

And yea, thats the problem with only having the one car, much harder to carry out major jobs on it due to needing it most days

Too cold lol. Gonna put money to one side for new panels and tools to apply them. I have plans but i aint putting them up because whether they become reality is debatable as sonething always holds me back.

There's no rush at the end of the day mate, my RS has been off the road for 16 months now and still in a million pieces

The more time taken, the higher the quality of the build as nothing is rushed

I get that feeling about the runabout, si and rst

Had the runabout since September 2003, the si since May 2006, and the RST since April 2010

So a total of 8 1/2 years of mk3 ownership, no wonder im attached!

I turned 23 last month, so I got the si as my first car/project when I was 17 1/2 years old

Had the runabout in the family since 2003 as it was originally bought for my sister to learn to drive in, then became mine afterwards. My parents wanted to scrap the runabout with that scappage scheme the government did a couple of years back so my sister could get a new ford KA, but I point blank refused and made them scrap my sister's mk4 fiesta instead

The runabout is a true scrappage scheme survivour, and im very attached to it now :D
