Hi guys just a quick few questions, as i have been directed to this site by a friend.

I currently have a carbed 1.1 hcs engined mk3, and have just bought an mot'd and tax but very rusty 1995 16v Si. I plan on converting my 1.1 to Si spec including all suspension.
My question is, would it be easier having the 2 cars next to each other stripping them out and transferring the entire front to back wiring loom from the Si to the 1.1 as I will need to use fuel tank etc...the Si doesnt have electric windows/central locking/boot opening so im sure that makes it easier or is there no need to do the entire loom?

My plan for the future is to make it a 2.0 sleeper, hence why running it around at the moment with all the Si stuff.

I look forward to your replies guys.

Here is my 5 door, ratty old thing:

if you have both cars next to each other and you have the time and space id just swap everything from the si over to the 1.1, even the interior loom

i'll also reply to you pm
