Noticed the water going down often than it use to. had the head gsket checked no signs off leaking any ideas by the way its a 2liter mk3 fezzy

Probably a loose or split hose.

The water pipe that goes over the manifold is good for rusting

iv checked all the pipes checked the heater matrix its got a brand new rad on it the header tank in also in mint condition

Basically do you hear air escaping when you take off the cap, or does your reserve water level rise over time?

iv noticed when you undo the header tank cap no air is coming out of it
