in the pic, is it the thermostat on the side of the engine just to the bottom right of the oil cap?

if it is, do i need something to attach to that to put the hose in or does it just slide in?

Hi mate,

Yeah, thats where the thermostat goes, theres a cover which holds it in place.

Take it you dont have it? I think i've got a spare in the garage if your interested?

Just been out and had a look and for some reason my spare thermostat housing doesn't have the hose section on it. Sorry bud :(

Looking on Microcat though it appears to be a common part across Fiesta, Escorts, Mondeos, Cougars etc etc so should be easy to pick up at a scrappy :thumbsup:
