I have this conversion sat in my garage,Got the calipers only to find the seals were buggered.Ordered a set of seals and tried to fit them but buggered them up in the process.Ordered a 2nd pair and buggered them up aswell! I fitted seals to my 280mm mondeo calipers fine but these 300mm calipers have a metal rim inside the rubber seal.Seems to be nigh on impossible to fit them correctly into the groove in the bore :(

Really need them done this week too.

It will have the be a no, the wheels won't fit over the brakes.

cheers mate, i've alreadyu got a pair of mk2 mondeo calipers what disks would i need to use? and would i have to space anything out

as far as i got was that there are escort discs which mate with mondeo mk2 calipers. All gravy,

which escort discs do i need then as i have a pair of mk2 mondeo calipers, also have a pair of mondeo v6 calipers if you can use the escort discs with them?

to be fair the cossie set up can be had pretty cheap now days, seen them swap hands for £50 with discs and pads!! :D

i prefurr newer parts my self i have just installed this but i carnt test them on the road till my tyers arive :D look SIC!! on 16 inch wheels
