ok. My car made 129.5 bhp and 172 flb of torque. There was a bit of a problem with back pressure at the top end, and it only reved to 5600 rpm which isnt that much really! There is a constant power increase though up to about 5400rpm, and its a smoooth curv. So a new zorst system should sort the problem and give me a few more ponys!

:o :o :oooh: :oooh: Thats super torque figure! mine had a problem with top end as well, my air flow was being restricted by the erst cross over!

Only just noticed, wasnt sure what the torqu should be, but looking at yours mines a fair bit more, im supprised really!

I've found someone local to my home who can make me a fully exhaust system, from manifold to tip, just need money now! The bloke used to build the exhausts for ferrary (spl) on like the f50 and he did a stint on the f1 techs team or something, so hopefuly should be the nutts, if i can afford it, lol!

100bhp at the wheels. So basicly through all the drag of the components I loose 29.5 bhp, 100 at the wheels, 129.5 at the fly wheel.

i was impressed with mine, but yours just p*ss' all over my bonfire :( ! Shorely removing the EGR can't make it produce that much torque, as thats the only difference really between mine and yours! If so mines coming straight off! 8-)

is that torque figure right? thats a mighty impressive figure.

i wonder what mine will get.

Rs1800 inlet and exhaust manifolds.
K&N induction kit.
Full stainless Magnex exhaust with de-cat
EGR Removed
Home breather system

should give an impressive figure

Just checked, f-it! 172 Nm, I just assumed it was in ft/lb's, didnt spot the number bits till just now, the print-out sheet is really highldy piguldy(theres also a shoe print on it from where i droped it watching someone else on the rollers and had to stamp on it just beffore it went through the fans)! Dam, dissapointed now!

Did a quick search on the net (this is how i found out if was different) and its actualy 127ft/b. BLoody stupid dam arsing...... :x

Need more mods!

*edit*

Yeh, i was so gutted i was tempted not to say, lol! As for future mods, I've found someone local to my home who can make me a fully exhaust system, from manifold to tip, just need money! The bloke used to build the exhausts for ferrary (spl) on like the f50 and he did a stint on the f1 techs team or something, so hopefuly should be the nutts, just gotta wait for the student loan now!

I'm just gona see my finances really, and will probibly sort some nagging problems, interior and maybe a re-spray befpre maybe getting some tb's next year, and then possibly saving for a zetec turbo lump, all depends how i feel about my car and what im doing when i finish uni - might have to sell up and get something shiz on finance or something, to look 'profesional'!

I never seen the point in sticking a car on the rollers but after getting my beemer roaded and set up, holy sheet, what a diff.

I'd recommend it dude

I got my Pulsar rolling roaded not long after buying it so I could see what it was doing and if there are any problems. That way aswell, I have a base to work from, and can see how other mods affect the cars performance, and see if there's any problems with them in the future too :)
