Very interesting. I was thinking of whacking polybushes all around my car and then Danny mentioned Spherical bearings,

Now you show me this more investigation is needed clearly!

mine are have poly bushes but with a swivelling ball in the middle of em so the actual bush wont flex and pull out of the arm like they normally do.

the bush also has a metal casing round the outside of it which is held into the arm by circlips.

I'm going for a full uprated/hardened rubber mettalastic setup for all main bushes, but with standard or polybushed ARB/droplinks, Gear linkage bushes and steering rack bushes.

I was gonna get some fancy gearbox mounts, but Ive got some brand new standard ones sat doing nothing... and for 150bhp.. I cant warrent spending 100 on 2 bits of rubber :lol:
