How hard is it to change a windscreen on the mk3.5? I have a mk3 xr2i heated front screen I want to fit but I've got no idea how easy it will be or what else I will need to get to fit it.

Cheers in advance

It's a easy job but It's best to cut the rubber on the screen you want to keep you just need some cord like sash cord

cut the rubber?!?!
just fold the inner seal past the metal where the screen sits and then you can reuse your seal instead of having to pay £35 for a non-genuine screen seal

Yeah, easy, but time-consuming to move the inner seal. Start from the top centre around the rear view mirror and have someone help you to even the pressure. Only MK4 and MK5 screens need the rubber cutting as it's proper bonding.
