Yes, the insurance system is set to change and it looks like we'll all fall victim

I dont think so to be honest. But I read somewhere the other day that the grouping system is going to change, from 20 insurance groups up to 50.

Wonder what the Pulsar will be?

But dont think that if you're in group 20 it will go to 50 because it's the highest, it's down to alot of different aspects now, so we'll have to see how they do it.

:) I bet I'm the only one pleased about this. If my life goes how I plan in the next 12 months I'll be laughing my way to the insurance office. Limited mileage FTW :yar..ok..:

I already get stiffed due to my area and pay a lot more than everybody else.

Saying that, the report does say weight will come into it, my plastic car may be ok there :)

Ooooo, you're moving out? Can I come and break your sofa? j/k bud, we have a new leather sofa now

Anyways, I dont think anyone can sleep safe until this comes out - there's no way of knowing how it will affect each car. Although I bet I get screwed :(

Yeah, but I bet it's based on factory stats, rather than actualy weight. So you cant strip your car and get cheaper insurance (which would be good).

Think we'll all just have to wait and see...
