Right the turbo's insurance runs out in 3 days and being unemployed and having no luck finding a job its not going to get re insured that quick so i have options, most of which rely on me finding a place to store it which i dont have yet but..

do i

1: Sell it
2: Take it off road for a lil bit, save as much as i can and reinsure it
3: Take it off road, save to insure the shed escort and spend what i have left modifying it
4: Take it off road, and modify the hell out of it

in my situation what would you do.

dont say get a job it aint that easy round here atm

let us know guys and girls

i would say number 4 + sell the escort,

then spend as little as possible driving a 1.1 or something, spending the rest of the money making the rst pukka, then when you can get insured on that

probaly what i would do but maybe you need to keep the escort or something?

As stated. Sell the 'scort, get a 1.1 plopper and modify ya RS

Dont worry, you'll get a job and income will come back and if you sell the Fiesta you'll be gutted and regret it. So keep it and get a plopper for a bit :)

Suck it up and keep ya chin up dude!

wicked idea but affording a car and insurance for it, i might aswell just insure the escy as opposed to buy a new car,

if i go for number 4 i wont be driving, but the rs will get all the cash floating around for a year or so

Take the RS off the road (SORN) and just get shit sorted and save a lil money slowly and turn the RST into something special. You've waited ages to own a FRST so keep the fucking thing!

go without for a few weeks and insure the escort. no point in selling the escort to buy another shitter. just insure that one.

keep the RS off the road for a couple of months until you've saved up enough to settle your debts and have enough float to re-insure the RS. but dont bother unless you can actually afford it. :)

Don't sell the frst you'll only regret it. save little by little and turn it into something amazing.
