Further to my last post, iam looking for a new backbox for the si, as my magnex full system seems dead quiet. Was looking for something with a nice roar to it. Just wanted to know what everyone else had and how would you rate the sound at idle and high revs.

Cheers :)

I have a full stainless steel Powerflow on mine (still got cat though). The idle on it is lovely, nice burble, and when you boot it, you know about it

Can be a bit of a pain on a long motorway journey, but Im used to it, and if somebody is in my car and complains about it, then why the fook you get in my car in the first place??? You KNEW about my exhaust, so shut the fuck up and appreciate me giving you a lift somewhere!!!

Ahem.

Anyways, come to Sixfields and hear mine and other peoples :D

Last week i had viper/2xtreme etc cat back one. Loud as fudge, so nice and loud, you can hear me coming a mile away! I got used to long journeys.

But friday I bought a magnex one off JJ's old car for ?50, and it is so quiet its so nice! loving it! Little roar but not much. And it is now quicker, honestly!

well, i have to admit i've just got a universal back box with 4" straight cut tip. It does however sounds quite nice (not too chav), nice roar when accelerating, and some burbling when my foots off the pedal. Would like to ditch it though, in search of a nice (anti-chav) system, so im also interested in peoples replies to this poll :)

Powerflow 4" inward rolled, same as Des' but obviously not the system.

Mines deep and burbles like a cunt when slowing down. love it. :)

Flip has the same as mine, just the backbox. When I had just the backbox, motorway journey's are loud, let's just say that

Yeah if u have no music it will seriously stress you out.

Its good when you want to give it some, but when your trying to be subtle its a bit gey :)
