5-5.5k budget.

Needs to do 0-60 less than 9 secs and must not have stupid tax (vts is 149 quid for 6 months. That's high enough) Insurance is not an issue so much.

Would like 30mg min.

No coupes. Can be 3 or 5 door. Not too small. Newer Fiesta size up. May try for a kid in the next year.

Seem to find shit tired newer cars or overpriced old tat in his range. Or bland boring. Needs some fun aspect.

Discuss whilst debating buying my saxo. :gheeyyy:

Focus sport - bland. Ruled it out. Mondeo St tdci though...

Fez - yeah but no. Like them but high running costs. Shit on fuel, worse than saxo fuel wise.

MK3.5 Fiesta SI 1.6. Not sure if you've seen these before, pretty rare but dirt cheap. 2.0 mondeo engine (really tricky apparently) in it for 8 seconds 0-60, low tax, good insurance. Could be done for £1500 with restoration work.

Good luck finding one though.
