Too much paint with not enough strokes at a guess. It looks like the black crackle paint is oily?

How did you do it Sam?

I'm doing mine in a few weeks when we're settled into the new place so will take pictures of the process for you to follow Ben :)

well around the oil cap is oily, dont remind me how often i had to top it up ! :doh: :lol: but i didnt do it im afraid the previous owner did it, or maybe it was terry i cant remember. but it looks better in the flesh :)
