Does it need to be genuine ford or can it be aftermarket?

If aftermarket, im sure you could pick one up from a motor factors?

But if you need ford, ask Tom on FT as Dave said.

For what it's worth, when it comes to things like oil pumps, I would stick with OEM.

high pressure oil pump helps with the tapping death rattle as it gets more oil into the head and the cam/cam lobes dont dry out

What i have been told from Oddkidd Creations is to get a Standard pump and put a high pressure spring in it.

Im just worried that a £60 cheaper pump could trash a £2k build....

Cheers for all the imput tho lads...

fair enough - used one on a rebuilt efi on a S1 ERST - and it never tapped.

oil feed to the head is a big problem with CVH's as the oil pumps arent much cop and the oil spray's in the head aren't that big
